i got retired as disst. commander on 31 12 2005. in the pay scale 8000-13500.my basic pay was 12750 in the unrevised scale.please let me know if ican get the benefit of fixation on 1-1-2006 in the new pay scales with all retierment benefits ie.leave encashment,gratuity,commutation &basic pension w.e.f.1-1-2006.

igot retired as supervisor on 22.4.2006.in the pay scale 4020-6200.Mu basic was 6600 in the unrevised pay scale. Please let me know if I can get the benefit of fixation on 1-1-2006 in the new pay scales with all retirement benefits i.e. leave encashment, gratuity, commutation & basic pension w.e.f. 1-1-2006.
