RAC invites applications for Registration of Students with Scholastic Aptitudes (ROSSA) 2009

• Eligibility : Scholars with 1st Class BE/ B.Tech. in Engineering or 1st Class Post Graduation in Science/ Psychology/ Mathematics, who have successfully defended their PhD thesis between 01 Jan 2008 to 30 June 2009.
• Subject/ Disciplines : Engineering/ Life Sciences/ Basic Sciences/ Psychology/ Mathematics with area of research having direct interest/ relevance to DRDO.
• Age : Not exceeding 35 years.
• Post (Scale of Pay) : Scientist ‘C’, in the Pay Bcale PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.6600 plus amount equivalent to two increments and allowances & facilities as applicable to Central Govt. employee.

Closing Date : 04/05/09 for applicants who have successfully defended their thesis
between 01 Jan 08 – 31 Dec 08 and last date is 30/09/09 for applicants who have successfully defended their thesis (i) Between 01 Jan 09 – 31 June 09

How to Apply: Neatly filled application on A4 size paper only in the prescribed format accompanied with two self-addressed unstamped envelope and crossed IPO of the value Rs.50/- with superscription on the envelop “Application for Registration of Students with Scholastic Aptitudes (ROSSA) ” and send to the address given below.
