Respected Sir,
I Rahul Panwar roll no 820907113 LC-Code-907 is a Student of M.Sc Multimedia from Picasso Animation College Noida. Due to the distance problem of my learning center. I request our center head that please allow me to change my learning center. But he said that there is no provision of changing a learning. I have completer 2 Semester from there. And want to continue from other learning center.
