Role
Engineering Manager would lead and guide a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software products using a range of applicable technologies and state-of-the-art software engineering methodologies

Responsibilities:
Engineering Management – Manage both engineering deliverables and people.
Plan and deliver client + server / storage management software packages.
Interact with Product Marketing to define services roadmap.
Interact with peers in both Bangalore and Austin to ensure seamless integration of product.
Develop talent Expectations
Worked in Product companies developing enterprise class software.
Experience working across global teams

Skills Required:
Min 4+ years of management experience, involving management of personnel (direct and indirect reports), technical development issues, budget, schedule, and quality.
Ability to write and analyze requirements, functional specifications, design specifications, technical plans or data sheets, and documentation.
Ability to troubleshoot enterprise software products.
Knowledge of client/server + storage technologies.
Ability to drive cross-functional development efforts through conception, planning, implementation, and sustaining.
Understanding of hardware and software interactions; able to apply this understanding to resolve issues.

Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech

Experience:
10+ Yrs with at least 4+ years of people management experience
